With climate control a subject on the minds of many people at this present time, the automotive industry are constantly looking for solutions to reduce the impact exhaust emissions make on our planet with the use of cutting edge technology. Prodrive \u2013 a world leading motorsport and technology business is currently assisting Ford motors to launch a multi-million pound project designed to help improve the quality of air in our capital city of London.<\/p>\n

The new project which has full backing by Transport of London will feature a 12 month trial run of a brand new hybrid transit van which will run solely on electricity in a bid to reduce the city\u2019s carbon footprint that Prodrive are helping Ford develop. T.R Bullworthy Ltd \u2013 The garage equipment specialists were contacted by Prodrive to supply and install three new commercial two post vehicle lifts at their workshop in nearby Banbury Oxfordshire which would purposively be used for these new hybrid transit vans. <\/p>\n

With the two companies sharing a long standing working relationship with each other and Bullworthy\u2019s supplying and installing the majority of Prodrive\u2019s garage equipment, the choice of vehicle lift tasked with such an the important job was quite simple \u2013 The choice of course was Rotary. With Rotary lifts already installed and operating inside the workshop already, the client was keen to maintain this with their new commercial lifts on account of Rotary\u2019s world renowned build quality and superior reliability.<\/p>\n
