The week long Aftermarket show includes halls dedicated to the world\u2019s leaders in garage equipment design, manufacturing and supply, providing the perfect platform for the team to network at one single destination with all the TGE suppliers.<\/p>\n
The Automechanika show in Frankfurt is regarded as the world\u2019s leading trade fair for the whole of the automotive aftermarket industry, and serves as an international meeting place for all market participants from the industry as well as the public.
\nDirector Stefan Bullworthy shares his experience of this year\u2019s event.<\/p>\n
\u201cOnce again the show was a fantastic stage to catch up with our suppliers. In the shadow of Brexit there are no signs of our suppliers holding back their investments in the TGE products, as the UK still proves to boast one of the largest and fastest growing aftermarket businesses in Europe.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n The trip to Germany also gave the attendees the collective experience of being some of the first passengers to be transported via Heathrow\u2019s automated driverless pods, ferrying them from the car park direct to the recently opened Terminal 5. The electric pods which became fully operational this summer have been designed to limit waiting times and replace the standard diesel buses.
