The projects scope of works included installing premium DEA workshop furniture, four Rotary 4.0 tonne 2 post lifts, a Rotary SM40-47-AK four post wheel alignment lift complete with Hunter alignment system, DEA cabinet integrated services such as integrated air, water and data, HPC compressor system, and a new extraction system incorporating touchless exhaust nozzles.
Bullworthy’s planning department was tasked with generating highly detailed site plans using state of the art in-house CAD technology to present the client with a clear and precise vision of the final product. The project management team were then tasked with making sure that the CAD ‘visions’ on paper were turned into reality, thus daily liaising with the main building contractor and site M&E contractors became part of the overall package offered by the Bullworthy team.
Premium level DEA workshop cabinets set the initial scene when one enters the workshop with their noticeable build quality and elegant design. Complete with integrated air and water dispensary, electrical and data services they predominantly become the main focal point of the workshop. Rotary vehicle lifts were the obvious choice because of their heavy-duty construction and durability, able to handle the most strenuous of work schedules with the utmost of ease.
A new HPC SXC3 fully integrated air compressor was supplied, as well as a new waste oil system with safety alarms to eliminate any potential damage that can be caused as a result of an overfilled oil tank or burst pipe. Last and by no means least was the new extraction system covering the whole of the new workshop and providing each bay with exhaust extraction complete with heavy duty internally/touchless clamping nozzles.
