Bullworthy’s team of service engineers were recently invited by Rotary Lifts to attend an intensive two day training course at their European head offices based in Germany. The purpose of the course was to bring engineers up to speed on installation techniques and best practices for existing equipment as well as new products Rotary will be releasing in the not too distant future. There was an excellent turn out for the course with other service engineers from separate companies that make up Trade Garage Equipment in attendance.
As Director Jason Upton explains, attending training courses from equipment manufacturers such as Rotary allows us to extend our engineers knowledge of the products we supply even further which in turn will improve the service we provide our customers.
In the constant aim to offer our products the best back up and our customers the best after sales service, Bullworthy recently invested in further Rotary product training. Engineers were sent to Rotary’s European headquarters in Germany where they undertook intensive training on existing and exciting new products.
