T.R Bullworthy Ltd – The Garage Equipment specialists have recently completed a new workshop installation on behalf of independent Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda specialists Vass-Tech based in Aylesbury, Oxfordshire.
Vass-Tech initially contacted T.R Bullworthy Ltd two years prior requesting a quotation to supply and install a range of garage equipment into a proposed new build workshop that would replace their existing premises. Included in the list of equipment tendered in the quotation was a new Technique Class 4 ATL (Automatic Test Lane) MOT bay complete with a Rotary four post lift, three individual 3.5 tonne Rotary two post service lifts along with new Technique tyre care equipment and a new compressed air system to cover the whole of the workshop.
T.R Bullworthy Ltd’s dedicated workshop planning department worked closely with outsourced architects to produce highly detailed layout drawings using state of the art in-house CAD technology – All of which comes as standard and at no additional cost to the customer when working with T.R Bullworthy. These drawings illustrate to the client and local authorities what equipment would be supplied and where the equipment would be situated inside the new build workshop area – Ensuring at all times to stay within the clients strict design brief.
After a lengthy battle with local planning authorities to get approval for the construction of the new premises, Vass-Tech were finally given the green light to commence with works in March 2015 with the project officially starting two months later.
With the new premises successfully assembled and ground works inside the workshop completed, T.R Bullworthy Ltd’s GEA (Garage Equipment Association) accredited installation team were called onto site in November of 2016 to commence work installing the equipment into their pre designated locations inside the new workshop area – All the time ensuring work was carried out to the highest standard. Vass-Tech officially opened their doors to the public the following month with an open day just in time before the Christmas break.
