Bullworthy – Specialists in Garage Equipment were recently contacted by longstanding customer PJ Hodge & Sons of Northampton to replace their existing four post MOT ramp inside their busy workshop.

The existing four post lift which was originally part of a Class 4 testing bay became unfit for purpose and PJ Hodge & Sons immediately got in touch with Bullworthy’s experienced sales team to try and source a suitable replacement as quickly as possible. Meetings onsite between the customer and Bullworthy’s area sales manager took place soon after in order to measure up the premises and establish which lift would be best suited according to the customers’ requirements.

Being a busy workshop where space is a precious commodity, the lift required would need to adequately fit alongside existing equipment whilst remain heavy duty enough to withstand the pressures of such a busy environment. It was decided that the replacement lift to be supplied would be a Ravaglioli 4 tonne surface mounted four post lift complete with a 2 tonne Technique jacking beam – A combination more than capable of keeping up with anything that is thrown its way.

Bullworthy’s GEA (Garage Equipment Association) accredited engineers quickly set to work removing the old four post lift from the premises and installing the new lift in the same position all whilst causing as little disruption as possible to the running of the workshop.
