Are you an experienced service engineer looking to join an established company in the garage equipment trade? Do you have previous experience as an engineer but have never worked in the automotive industry before? If the answer is yes then we would love to hear from you! Due to our rapid expansion we require a skilled installation engineer and field service engineer to join our team installing into prestigious dealership groups and top end independent garages / workshops, whilst also sharing the opportunity of joining a network of national Trade Garage Equipment engineers.
Installations Engineer.
The Ideal Candidate would ideally:
- Have a good working knowledge and experience of vehicle lifting equipment (2 post, 4 post and scissor lift).
- To have experience in working with oil lubrication systems and air systems would be an advantage.
- Be customer focussed and have a good level of communication skills.
- Be confident and able to work under your own initiative, as well as being able to take part as a team.
- Be able to interpret CAD drawings and understand product manuals.
- Have full driving license.
- Understand site H&S and have a general knowledge of current lifting related standards i.e. PUWER & LOLER.
Description of Duties:
- Carry out installations on new workshop equipment.
- Occasionally be able to stay overnight away from home.
- You will be able to gain product training as well as GEA accreditation status.
- Be part of a growing network of national Trade Garage Equipment engineers.
Field Service Engineer.
The Ideal Candidate would ideally:
- Have a good maintenance knowledge of all lifting equipment, oil lubrication systems, air systems, and other general workshop equipment.
- Be customer focussed and have a good level of communication skills.
- Be confident and able to work under your own initiative, as well as being able to take part as a team.
- Have full driving license.
- Be able to interpret CAD drawings and understand product manuals.
- Have full driving license.
- Understand site H&S and have a general knowledge of current lifting related standards i.e. PUWER & LOLER.
Description of Duties:
- Carry out Preventive maintenance inspections and offer break down / repair cover.
- Occasionally be able to stay overnight away from home.
- You will be able to gain product training as well as GEA accreditation status.
