TECHNIQUE ticks all the boxes!

When it comes to changing a lift, Bullworthy have the answer within their Technique lift range to suit every situation. Pictured here, there was a requirement for this Toyota dealership to have a lift that can cope with heavy EV vehicles as well as light commercial vehicles, with a minimum capacity of 4500kg. The new Technique Swingarm 2.50 was just the answer. However, these new lifts are greater in specification in every detail and dwarf all older lifts that are to be replaced. Featuring a special lifting arm set that is low profile enough for electric sports cars, yet heavy duty enough to lift up to 5000kg capacity. The carriage arms in particular are a 3-stage telescopic design, collapsing short enough for small cars yet extending long enough for large vans, enabling a vast array of lifting capabilities for the customer.

Changing a lift of this type is not an easy task. This is where Bullworthy sets themselves in a unique league. Weeks of project planning takes place, preparing working drawings and bringing in civil engineering expertise from our partners Bespoke GB to remove the old 2.5m deep cassette and installing the new wider and deeper Technique cassette. All within a very tight deadline… and whilst the workshop continues to operate!

Once the existing lift cassette was replaced, the Bullworthy skilled installations team carry out the rest of the project, ensuring the lift is completed and commissioned to the highest standards and ready for hand over to the client within the agreed deadline.
